I appreciate your kind note concerning that what I’m doing is worthwhile to CiteHR. Even the thanks of one interested individual like 'You' means a lot to me. And as I know that I am helping people, or even one person, I am truly content that my efforts are not wasted.
Frankly speaking, since joining the forum, I was seriously thinking to post something that would help the forum members immensely. And, few days back, an idea sparked in my mind and I started collecting HR materials from different sources. Finally, I managed to gather over 900 terms and included that in this booklet containing 75 pages of text.
I wish I could do more but you do understand how time consuming such activity can become. I probably ought not to devote as much time as I do to this, so that I can focus in on my own consulting career, but I do have a strong desire to engage in such activities, and this forum provides a welcome opportunity for me to try and learn the best ways to go in relation to this interest of mine.
