Dear Muzokh,
You need to send follow up email/Letter to the HR Dept
Sample below
To - HR Dept
Company Name
Dear Sir,
Subject: - Request for offer Letter for Position ()
I have been interviewed with you on (date) for the position of (Tittle) this email is just a follow up, if there is any more information you may need.
As per discussion you advice that I m going to receive an offer letter by weekend, but still I have not received.
So can you please assist me to have an offer letter or if you need further information please let me know.

I am interested to work for your company and believe that I would be a better fit for the position.
Your consideration in this regard would be appreciated.

Thanks for the Reply, I really appreciate it . I have one more query , my interview was conducted by the managing director of the company and he told me that he will send me an offer letter in a next week so please tell me one thing, I need to send letter to Hr or directly send it to Managing Director because at the time of interview he told me that if you have any query or question then contact with me.
furthermore, he told me that you can get an offer letter next week , so can I modify your provided sentence like this
I m going to receive an offer letter by weekend
change it to
I am going to receive an offer letter by next week.
One more thing, if I will send an email then after Regards I need to sign it electronically or just need to give 2 or 3 blank line spaces and write my name. Thanks in advance
Regards
Zuhair
