Hi everyone, Its summer and we wish to do something for the parents in our company. Its holidays for the kids and the parents are working, so we have decided to allocate a day to bring in the kids also along to work and keep them together. For this, we will have to organise some nice games or other things to keep them entertained especially the kids. Pls pour in your ideas and suggestions. First thing would to ear mark an area which is absolutely safe for children- no loose wires,no open terraces etc
Hire adequate matrons for the day who can watch out for the children
Games,cartoon movies,paper and pencils,painting-crayons etc.
Light snacks and safe drinking water can be arranged.
It is a big responsibility to host a bunch of kids and due care will have to be taken.

Additionally arrange for sports competition like skipping, badminton , running race ,back to school , lemon spoon , one minute games dance competition so that all kids enjoy. Try to include those games / activities where kids and parents can participate together.
And give all kids participation gifts , winners medals etc.
