Hi, I have been working for the last 2 years in IT company as an HR. The company has been established in 2000, still, no growth, no career development, understaffed, fewer projects, in short, the whole management has been destroyed. In the early stages of the '2000s company was in top IT companies in Delhi NCR but now surviving by god's grace. Please suggest a concrete plan or idea to revamp the company.
