I am working with a non-government development organization for the last 11 years as an Administrative Secretary. I want to switch to another better career option and leave the organization. In the position, I was responsible to deal with some responsibilities according to my job description. I myself and the management of the organization seek the best way to exit very cordially and sincerely from my current position in a transparent manner. From my point of view, I need to prepare an exit plan, it is essential to prepare such a document. Can you guys, please suggest to me or provide me a template, of how could I prepare an exit plan?
