I have a query regarding pf deposit on back date. In my organization we fail to deposit pf of some employee by mistake for last 3 months. Now we want to deposit their contribution and employer contribution. is it possible and how i can do this.

Please note, delay in payment of statutory payment is not allowed. But, yes you can make the payment as arrears payment and along with that you need to pay some amount as penalty as well.
