Please suggest that , if a unskilled worker is getting his minimum wages and after some yrs of experience , obviously he has some ability , and he has an ability of skilled worker , My question is is he entitled to get rate of skilled worker after some yrs of experience and similarly in the case of skilled worker also after some experience he can get the high skilled rate of minimum wage. i think it should be mentioned during settling the minimum wages rate settlement.
