Sir, this is to seek advice from you that I joined this vessel on 04th. April
2017 and signed off on 07th. July 2017 when vessel was at port of
Haldia in Kolkata.
At the time of signing off from vessel I was assured by Capt. Jagjit
Singh Grewal (Operation Superintendent/DPA) and Mr. Saha (Technical
Superintendent) that this is a RPSL registered company and my my
salary will surly be remitted to my bank in next two working days,
Being master of vessel and assured by DPA/Operation Superintendent, I
agreed and signed off along with cook Mr. Kundu. His salary was
remitted on my reminder after about a week.
When I asked for my salary I had always been given excuse that it will
be remitted in next few days.
On pursuing the issue company remitted my part salary of USD 4198.50
to my bank on 27th July 2017 and balance 5903.33 usd is still balance,
for which they promise to remit in next week.
Every time they are saying in next few days.
Sir, today it is almost three months after my sign off, I am still
waiting to receive my salary.
I am attaching my balance of wages slip and contract letter for your
kind information.
Kindly advise my to get my hard earned salary.

You may issue notice to them by way of email or Regd. post for release of balance payment withing 7 days. If not, You may issue Show Cause Notice for next 7 days to Employer for Why not to go to Labour Court. With these 2 letters they will credit your salary immediately. If not, after 15 days you may go to Labour Court to file the case. It is necessary to file case to Court, because every incidence have its time limit to file the same as per Law. After filling case you may claim/recover +Balance Salary + Interest for months + Court Expenses + Fine + Advocate fees.
