My question is that SWL capacity of crane is decreases or remain same ,when we lifting a any load as shown in video? Is there any level difference factor which reduce the crane capacity?
Please clear my doubt.

Dear Amol,
You keep a 10 liter water bucket by your side. Stand erect and bend your knees and lift the water bucket. Congratulations! You have worn the first part.
Now, still standing erect with water bucket in your hand, further lift the water simultaneously moving it away from your body. Can you lift it to your shoulder height? If not to your waist height ?
Please mention your experience.
As the load moves away from the center of gravity and the boom angle is lowered or raised there are lot of variations in the load. This you can check with the LMI or chart available with every crane.

I am not talking about CG and other component. I am talking about level difference, in this video crane was positioned at higher level & we material at below normal level.

Dear Amol,
1. It is mere common sense to know about the increasing gravitational force as the load is being lowered which need be taken in to consideration in calculating the lift.
2. Again as the drop increases there is a tendency for the load to dangle causing slight increase in the load weight. Wind load also increases in this condition.
If you watch closely you can note that as the load is being lowered the boom is extended causing the crane to topple which is the immediate cause of this accident.
It does not matter whether the load is in level with the crane or below the level of the crane. You are assured that as the load is being lowered there is always an increase in load weight which is negligible compared to other factors. This will never result in an accident since there are other factors like factor of safety etc in a lift plan.
