recently i joined in an E-commerce company as as HR- Policy and compliance.
can some one please help me to share some definition of Office Assets and Return Policy.
like. Definition, Scope, Purpose, Usage of assets,
we provide Laptop with charger, bags, mobile for our sales team along with Bags, ID card, Visiting card, Marketing material (Company Broacher), Stationary Items (Pads, pen, stapler, folders ect.)

The Designation cannot be given for the employees on their qualification. the designation is created in order to achieve the business goal. Fix the Designations to achieve the goal of your organization. Then filter the employees who is fit to be in which position. Only someone does some degrees will not lead him to have designation.
