Dear Sir / Madam,
I have worked in a company 9 years,11 months, in relating to the EPF amount, i have claimed pf amount without pension amount.
they are telling that after 9 years, 6 months it will consider as a eligibility for pension.
can i clam the same?
please specify is there any rule relating to this.
