I am looking for a Non Disclosure agreement format, As some of the MBA students will be on training in our company. I need to get signed the Non disclosure agreement from those students . I have searched on Internet but couldn't find agreement related to such issue.
Please send me such draft or template if you have any it woludl be really great for me.

Hello Pooja,
I guess you CAN'T find a NDA Format that you can STRAIGHTAWAY use for the purpose you mentioned--you will need to adapt the available formats to your needs.
Also, instead of searching the internet, you could have searched this very Forum--CiteHR. You will realize that this is a GOLDMINE as far as such documentation is concerned.
PFA a format [which I had downloaded earlier for our use]--pl refine & adapt it for your use.

Customer / Supplier?

I am not able to understand how should i draft with few good points .
If any one does have this policy then please help me out.

can you please share the format for Disclosure of salary and earnings among colleagues; however, such practices are barred by the companies under non-disclosure policies.

Hi,

You require format for " Disclosure of salary and earning among colleagues" I think you mean to refer Non Disclosure of salary ?

Discussing on salary / increment and comparing with each other is bad practice followed by employees across all companies. Instead of making separate NDA for it I suggest to add one clause in your appointment order stating that sharing or discussing of salary with others will be viewed seriously... You may refer a sample as below

"Your compensation is very personal to you and this being strictly confidential information you are advised to refrain from comparing your compensation / salary hike with your colleagues. Discussing/ disclosing the same would be considered as a serious breach of faith "
