I am an intern for a county in Georgia, USA and my job is to create a second chance program/procedure for employees who work at the county. They used to be zero tolerance but my job is to save some exceptions based on how long they worked here and their performance
My boss told me to go online to find real world examples of some in local governments or private companies but I can't find any. No SOP, no online statement, nor an article of a company talking about how they actually do it and their process.
Does anyone know where I can find some? Does your company have any that I can read?
