A lot of us in recruitment use recruiting firms to help us with resources. And providing them with timely feedback on application status has become very challenging and also tedious. I have designed a sample application tracker from each consultant. Would like to share it with you and also get your point of views if this is good functionally?
Also I would like ideas on improving it to make it more robust for usage by multiple users simultaneously.
