dont think negatively ....i like the person ,who knows their capability,limitation and I am damn sure they will start thinking to do something new...........It will improve the members,thier thinkinfg process ,craetivity level,they wil trt to come out here with new things... ...if they wil think positively.....
and its the way to know abt ourself in honest manner.......members should accept it ,then improve them....we are not the enmy of members or degrading the person..we are doing coz of improvement of our friends only......and for fun also....
