Try using moneycontrol application...its easy to maintain and being connected online...it also auto updates its records LIVE....i tried many excel spreadsheets...but this has worked out just right for me...(moreover its free) go to moneycontrol.com and click portfolio (one time data entry required) then relax...(also u can add MF. Loans etccc)
