We are in the process of rolling out Scholarship Program for our exceptional employees to support them for MBA in US university.
I need to create a policy framework around this & would need your help in this regard.

I am in process of drafting policies for my organisation which is an new setup in India. I am working on the Higher Education Policy for the employees and want to come up with the best suited policy for the employees as well for the business.
Can anybody let me know what all points should be considered while drafting this programme or Policy.
Senior kindly help by assisting us in the above mentioned matter.
