KPI for interns(Remote/Onsite) for Social Media Company
We used to hire interns on fixed cost. However we have noticed that we need to shift completely on KPI based payouts so that both Onsite/remote interns be always productive.
This is specifically for a Digital branding company for Social Media management.

PS: We are not looking for the KPI mentioned in google which checks the branding efforts performance, but rather need the employee parameters
