Dear all, hope all are doing fine. Please solve this query asked by one of my friend.
He completed his B.tech in 2016 from Odisha, and worked 3 years in Vedanta aluminum Ltd (2016 -2019 December) then in 2020 is studied PDIS from State Board ( SCTEVT) both ODISHA state government and AICTE approved, then in October 2021 to till date he is working in Gujarat as a safety officer in an Automobile company to till date (10 months)
He now wants to join another company and everything was fine until the company have told him that they first they have to take factory inspector approval then after that only he can work in the company. As he is working in Gujarat now he have adequate knowledge of Gujarati.
The question is:-
Other states' PDIS Valid for Gujarat state private companies jobs? If so can explain in detail?
Qualification/eligibility required for safety officers from other states to work in private companies as stated by Gujarat state government?
Is my friend is qualified to work as a safety officer in Gujarat or not?
