Dear All,
An employee is ask to go or to opt for demotion, please understand as per the below mentioned points:
1. An employee was hired on a contract of 1 year with salary Rs. 35,000 per month and designation as Statistics Analyst.
2. After 6 months, the department decided that we don't need such post now
3. The employee was asked to either resigned or opt for Personal Secretary Post at salary Rs. 15,000.
4. The employee is having the contract with him for 1 year depicting the designation, tenure of work and the salary.
Please suggest, what the employee can do in this situation as the department has give just one months time to have the decision for the same.

Please note that, Employee hired on 1 Year Contract as Statistics Analyst on a Salary of Rs35,000/-PM.You will be governed by the Termination Clause mentioned in this Contract Appointment letter.
