- You can give gift to the person who is carrying the picture of his Bf/Gf, but this should be a surprise.
- You can bring balloons and decorate the sitting bays to make it more attractive.
- You may also conduct some activities to select the best friends and reward them.

Hi Deepak,
You can have a theme day. Ask everybody to wear red colour dress. Also if you want from your side you can distribute valentine band. You can call them on the floor & ask them to share their views on valentine or you can make it fun by making questioonnaire, where you can have one hot seat. The person who gives the best answer will get a prize.
Regards
Sucharita

Hi,
May be soft good music for sometime can be played in the organisation,it would be refreshing too and also a short play or movie on true lovers like romieo juilet or hir ranjha can be shown ..also dont forget to give mesg of true love which is diminshing from society and minds of people as we are getting influenced by culture from west. dress code idea is good. gv flowers to all employees and can send a mail or mesg or card to all employees saying that company loves them and would like to retain them always.
