I had worked in a Company for 11 years. After my leaving the organisation, company received the sanction letter and gratuity amount from LIC under Group Gratuity Scheme. But due to some personal grudges, gratuity amount has not been paid to me. Company received the amount in Feb 2016 from LIC

The company can have any personal grudge.
Write a reminder to the company under acknowledgement.
Then if no action,write a complaint o labour officer,informing of the whole matter and that amount from LIC is received but being held up in company.
It is a matter of time,company will have to pay you.

The payment of gratuity dues is a legal requirement.
Whether the money comes from LIC or not is immaterial
So, you need to file an application for gratuity (form I Or J)
If the Company does not pay within 30 days, you need to complain to the gratuity authority (Generally the labour commissioner of the area)
