I had negative experience with an employer and do not wish to associate myself with that employer post 1 year in future ones I get another job.
As I do not wish to leave any traces, so do not wish my new employer to see that company in UAN/PF history.
Unfortunately inspite my repeated requests, HRs linked that PF TO UAN.
Can some please help me to tell 1) How can I de-link PF from UAN? 2) Does transferring money from previous employer PF account to new employer PF through UAN deletes the PF history of previous PF account? Does empty PF account (money withdrawn) gets delinked by itself and so history rubbed off?
