Hi Friends, :)
I am a new joinee.
I have just joined a new company and is given the task of designing the induction program.

I want to have some tips on what types training can be given to new joinees at various level like junior(reception, clerks etc),
middle(executives) and senior level(managers and VP) apart from the orientation session.

At what ever levels the induction is given, jst be sure of some generic aspects which should be covered.
1) About the Company (History, Present & Future prospects)
2) Benefits for Employees by company
3) A out of box view.....do have a some kind of game which makes the employees to mingle.

4) Introduction with various dept. and dept heads.
5) Brief about Product range, Process. Competitors.
