Hi, I joined Capgemini company for one day only for documentation. The next morning, I informed my HR and supervisor that I’ll not be able to continue due to some family reasons. They are forcing me to serve a 90-day notice period, which I cannot. So, I have decided to abscond. I didn't provide them with my bank details, but they have my UAN and PAN card details. Is this going to affect my UAN service history?
