Dear Moderato, rWhy cant we have a section where people can upload their resumes for reviews and other members can review them and give their suggestion-also you can charge consultants for accessing the database of resumes.

I think this would be a useful thing too. However, for the individual who uploads their Resume, it's a case of "Buyer Beware!".
In the end the individual willstill have to decide how to utilise the feedback and to take responsibility for any Resume or CV they submit to an employer.
I have an interest in this, as it is the primary theme of my website, but I do see real value in peer feedback.
The other point that comes to mind is that anyone offering a Resume for review by peers should take care as to not provide details that allow unwelcome contact - not just from loonies, but also from consultants selling their services. I believe services should be at the request of an individual when and only if aksed for.
