HI seniors,
in the case of PF transfer/withdraw:
suppose today i leave my present organisation and joint another one. after two month i want to transfer/withdraw my PF amount and send PF withdraw/transfer forms to previous employar. if previous employer does not sign my forms then what can i do in this situation?

First of all why u r worried that the Organisation will not sign.??????
Second if you are getting your PF transfered then it will not go to previous company.
Third never belief and live in assumption.
Ok, I think you are clear that go ahead and get your PF tranfered from the Previous employer to the current employer.

After 2months from resigned,if previous org. doesnt sign, dont worry!!
You can get the PF 10-c and form 19 signed by Government Gazatted Officer and submit to PF office. Its your money No one can block. Then within a month, PF office will send that forms to That Government Officer to verify so he should be known to you.And you will get in 30 days.

Dear Mr. Nautiyal,
If you have joined another company then PF authority always says that u can transfer it to the new organiztion pf number. In your case u can tranfer it with the filling of Form 13 A (revised) pf transfer form and give it to your current employer so they can proceed the same.
