Dear All,
Request if anyone can help with emailing, like in how do you respond as a HR in a polite way at different situations. Is there any url to refer which can help me with drafting an email as a HR at all situations beginning from interview schedule email, offer email, introduction email, offer rescinded email, retention email, birthday/anniversary wish email, grievance addressing etc.
Thanks in advance for the help!
Regards,

Dear Sandhya,
There are formats available on the internet. You may use these. However, there is lies risk in unrestricted usage of what is readily available on the internet. These ready made formats will never improve quality of your writing. Forever you could keep on doing copy and paste.
You need to work under some senior person who corrects your drafts. Nevertheless, in the 21st century, it is difficult to get senior of this kind. However, there is no better way to master drafting skills. You may read books or download something from the net but factual feedback is necessary.
Thanks,

Hi Dinesh,
Thanks for your reply. I am of the same opinion as yours, and I was asking for something which can help me to draft emails better. Even I do not prefer doing a copy paste. I would want improve my drafting skills because I have known that being a HR every word in your email matters and has to be drafted carefully.
Request you to let me know if there is any book/website which can help me improve on my email drafting skills.
Thanks & Regards,
Sandhya
