Hi Experts, Since am new to the HR field need guidance for preparing an HR policy. Can anybody help me out to understand the leave rules for Maharashtra as on 2022? Do we need follow Shops & establishment act or Labor law. Thanks in advance... I will be very thankful if anybody could share sample policies...
