Good Day, Please assist, I have been working at a certain company for 3 years as a branch consultant. I recently applied for a transfer to another different campaign however same company. My transfer was approved however my line manager is now telling me about serving a notice for transfer. The company contract that I signed when joining it 3 years ago, stated nothing about serving any notice when being transferred. Transfers have been done with no notice served.
Please assist on the matter. Thank You.
