In 2016 i joined a company and left. I joined another company and a new UAN was provided. Now I want to raise the claim then it's showing my previous UAN is linked to this bank account and I can’t log in that account because mobile in that account is unknown to me. Now I can’t raise a claim in my current UAN. Please help

file online transfer claim by inserting the4 old UAN no, select approval by present employer
ask the employer to approve it with DSC
after the DSC approval, your old account will get auto merged with present UAN and all balances will get reflected in present passbook also,
after the process old UAN would get vacant and unusable as there is nothing left
