Hi, Can someone please tell me if an organisation can form more than 1 Internal complaints committee?
My organisation has only one Head office situated in Bangalore. But the employees work across pan India locations with no physical existence of office.
So, i was just thinking of creating ICC's basis region (North, South, West & Head office).

Dear Mr Ahmad, As per provisions of the Act, ICC must be at each location, not in HO or in the region. Regards,

Dear Clarity-Seeker,
By an Amendment gazetted on 9.5 2016, the Term/ Expression "Complaints" wherever it occurs in SHWW (P,P &R) Act 2013 has been "deleted" from the Expression "Internal Complaints Committee" .
Hence, the Committee Constituted under Section-4 of the said Act of 2013 by Every Employer of Every Establishment employing Ten and more Workers shall be known as Internal Committee.
For Constituting Internal Committee Please Be Guided by Sectyion-4.
