You must first understand what is CSR.
Please surf the Internet/ Cite HR sites and get this information first.
In simple terms the Corporates have a responsibility to fulfill towards the Society and Stake Holders.
To run their business they take a lot of inputs from Society.
They conduct the business and make profits.
In return they should do something for the society.
Once you understand the concept and write a draft, the senior team would certainly review and add value to it.
