Can you please help me with the provisions for casual, sick and earned leaves in Delhi. Also, what are laws related to accumulation and encashment of sick leaves?

Dear member,
Casual and sick leave varies from company to company depending upon company policy.
With regard to EL calculations and accumulation of EL, pls refer Factories Act.
You can also refer Shops and Commercial establishment Act, and Delhi rules if it applies.
EL encashment will be on gross salary/wages
