Hi Ukmitra,
Rendering service for an Architectural Firm and have finalized one foreign candidate joining this month. To complete the visa process and had gone the visa guidelines copy issued by the government which states that the minimum CTC should be Rs.11.25 lacs per annum and above.
My concern are as follows :
1. if we offer below this CTC will there be any impact?
2. What are the calculations to be followed for the salary break up
3. what are the highlighting points to be followed while recruiting an expat
4. Dos and Donts to be followed.
Pl. do guide me.
