Dear Krushna
There are no shortcuts to bring improvements in your verbal and written communication skills. Only continuous efforts at your end and strong urge to bring true improvements in your communication skill are the only mantra. However I am sharing some of the tips which I had applied on me in improving my communication skill:-
1. Start reading regularly some reputed English newspaper.Initially you may not enjoy and may feel burdensome. But over a period of time you start enjoying.
2. Make sure to watch news in regional languages understood by you and English
3. Spare a few moments and stand in front of a mirror and pronounce the words/sentences loudly and see your face expression in the mirror. This will improve your pronunciation skills and enhance in your confidence level tremendously.
4. Try your best to be in the company of those whom you think are good in their communication skill.
5. Start communication in simple and crisp words and sentences
Just apply the above steps as suggested and results starts visible over a period of time

Hello Krushna,
The above two postings have given you a very good idea of what you should do.
Please remember that communication is Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening.
To start with try to Listen more than what you Speak.
Again make sure that you Read more than what you Write.
Devote your time accordingly.
With progress you will find a perceptible change in six months time.
Good Luck,
