" TEAM WEEK - Idea For A Better Team Work - Make WeekDay as Interesting One"
Professional Monday :- Ask your People to come up with More Professional Grooming and share some facts about professionalism. Implement more thing and share something official related information which can help the people to grow up personally and Professionally.
Knowledgeable Tuesday:- Share some knowledge related or motivational clip or motivational presentation any thing. People can download a tons of information/articles from CITEHR And share with the Team!
Process Wednesday:- Conduct some training or meeting and some refresher training about your process on wednesday. You can conduct some assessment as well
Talent Thursday :- Assisgn task to the people to use this a arena for individual to share their talents anything/anyfield to perform in front of the team! Like Presentation/PPT presentation/Creative Work/Sharing Story/New Share/Talent like Dance Singing etc...
Fun Friday :- Friday is always an Energetic Day for everyone! Friday is always FUN!
Conduct some fun activity and team building games and something which can be possible to share with the team to build team work! It has to be done by the TEAM MANAGER OR LEAD!
We have implemented this !deas in our team and Team members are very happy and interested to do something! As well as it helps to maintain regular attendance and helps the people to be more active apart from the Regular work!!!
