MCA is a PG course regognised by UGC . It is a Computer Science and Software Eng course.
Requirements art basically Graduates with Maths ( some universities take any graduate )
But i would suggest if you have done Maths at the graduation level you should opt for it . The shortlisting is through a Entrance test and Viva.
Rather than Govt Jobs a lot of opprtunities exist with the Fortune 500 companies which may pay you more than a Govt Job. Govt jobs with NIC, UPSC are existing
