In my appointment letter, 3 months notice period is mentioned. As per that I have given a 3 months notice period to my organization.
But my General Manager is not accepting my resignation. He is saying I will not get anything.

Dear Abhiit,
What is the nature of your industry? What is your designation? In what department do you work? To whom did you submit your resignation? Is it General Manager (GM) or HR?
Did you submit your resignation to your HOD? If yes, then from there to whom did he forward? Is it HR or GM?
Are you ready to complete the notice period? If yes, even then also why GM is saying that "you will not get anything"? What he mean by "anything"?
Please clarify the above questions. Further advice can be given thereafter.
Thanks,
