I want to reward and appreciate my DSE'S for their better performance. Till today i use too give them a Star Performer certificate for this and along with it i am offering them a trip at a place anywhere they want to go with all expenses. I use to paste their photo on Employee Bulletin board for their recogintion. But I want to change this process.
Wants to use a new Reward system to appreciate their work done.
Plz give me some new idea to Appreciate them.
