I am working in a pvt ltd organisation. my appointment order is issued for a period of one year and every year they are issuing new appointment order for next one year. In this situation, are we eligible for getting gratuity after completion of 5 years., pls clarify this.,

If your joining is done with completing your full & final settlement & issuing new Appointment Letter then it is tough to prove that you have worked continuosaly for 05 years.
So tough to claim for Gratuity. But if you could prove that beak is sham / bogus you have chance to claim the same......
