Hi Vinay,
Please clarify whether you need a Mobile Policy for:
1. Reimbursement for official use
2. Registration (at gate) & usage on premises
3. Procurement/corporate plans
Also,
1. what is the purpose of this policy?
2. Which department wants to implement it and for what levels of employees? 3. Who would be administering it and is there any liability involved, as per customer SLA are concerned?
4. Which industry would you be implementing this in?

I am looking this ploicy for a hardware company..... uers will be all senior and middle level employees and few jr. level employees.

Hi Vinay,
As we understand every company will have different syles of formulating their company policies. The sample policy that I have mailed to u consist of Mobile instrument + SIM (pre paid or post paid) depending on the company norms for the middle & top management. Incase you want to give your people only SIM then you should mention sim usage & their syle of using with the limit that they can use at actuals. At the end of the month they should submit the company the mobile bill with their personal & professional calls duely marked on the bill. But dont forget to mention the usage limit.
If, you want you can prepare a rough sketch & send it to me on my email ID, I can make necessary changes & provide inputs wherever required.
