I was dropped the resignation mail and waited for the reply, but the employer not responded for the mail they not even asked me the reason to leave and asked me to serve notice period .They closed my official mailing access and group access .Here what is the employee rights to get settlement, salary slip, releaving letter, experience certificate ?
