Hi Everyone, I have one query how should i draft an appraisal policy and what could be the specific parameters & percentage through which performance Appraisal can take place.

Hi Everyone,
I am working an IT Company and this is my first time where I have to draft the entire Appraisal Policy . The evaluation month decided are April and October . Can you help me with the draft and pointers mentioning who will be eligiable when for the appraisal.

you can use 360 degree appraisal policy. We need to fix some parameters like Attendance, Dedication to work, work performance, etc....
Ex. For single employee we can get 4 opinions
1.By himself
2.Immediate supervisor
3.HOD
4.Management Team
After appraisal you can conclude the status of his Performance appraisal
