PF - claim status online "NO RECORD FOUND"

i have submit all docs at HR office 1 month before but now i checked my claim status online "NO RECORD FOUND" show over there what does it mean? kindly help me

Dear Sir/Madam, May be PF Department not put entry in PRO Section. Once entry done only you will get the status. May be HR not submit your PF claim forms to PF office. Thanks
