I fully agree with Gautam on this. The above book clearly shows how we are following a outdated model for selecting students for MBA programs, which in turn, in most cases, leads to a situation of a total mismatch between what the MBA wants and what the industry needs. It is an eye opener !!
With my long experience in both industry and academics, when I read that book, I felt as if it was I myself writing those words, though I could never write so beautifully.
A must read for all, whole claim to be involved with management education in India.
