Hi, I have joined an organization in mid of August 2021 and I have applied for resignation by end of September 2021 due to personal reasons. Then I have revoked by resignation within few days and working till now, Now I have got a new offer now and my concern is during background check will my current organization give negative feedback about me as I have resigned and revoked it during my probationary period. If they give negative feedback, what should I do to deal with this situation? I would request all the seniors here to help me with there suggestions.
