My journey in this forum has helped me learn so much about HR practices from many learned members and more so from queries by members. Finding out suitable answers to queries had put me on a learning path.
The database of answers in the forum is indeed vast. Much could be learned by using the search button and framing the right questions.
If the query is clear, you will get the right answers.
Today I have crossed 3000 appreciations which makes me happy that my skills and knowledge has improved and answers have been helpful to querists and other members who use this forum

Congrats Mr.Nathrao on your crossing 3000 appreciations out of around 4400 posts. Though we do not post our answers for the sake of appreciation, of course, appreciations give us a gratification that behind every appreciation lie a critical analysis and understanding of our post by the individual whether he be the questioner or some one else. It also motivates us to be empathetic by investing sufficient time in research, lateral thinking and effective presentation befitting the perception and the exact need of the particular questioner. The fact that you have given more than 1600 appreciations to others equally proves my above statement. By appreciating others, our learning curve becomes steeper. I enjoy your posts for always they are brief, polite, couched in simple language and appropriate with a touch of practical wisdom. Let the journey continue!

I have seen the best way to get the best out of CiteHR is to
1) post query in simple language
2) Clearly spell out doubt or query
3) Grammar may not be vital, because everyone may not be knowing English that well, but question must be clear and not lack in details.
4) Querist must try and give feedback in the forum-so that posters and other readers are made aware of the practical utility of answers given on the forum.
5) Finally query must be couched in polite and friendly manner so as to inspire people to research and give suitable answers.
Cite HR has indeed a wide database which is useful from HR point of view in particular and generally also with myriad type of queries.
I have enjoyed my journey and learnt a lot in past 8 years.
