Dear Avs,
While doing any kind of business, we used to run into a lot of decision-making. Even these decisions are tiny, and these decisions can effect the entire fortune of a company. Just like we discussed before, no matter what the issue, it is up to the executie to make the final decision. And the top management will be the loneliest one to make a final decision.
In Chinese saying is: Lonely at top!
We do need to gather all of our experiences and lessons to make the decison accurately.

A wrong decision certainly doubles the experince ( Since one needs to rework, on that particular failure, which emerged out due to wrong decision). After rework and thorough understanding / learning from that wrong decision, if subsequent action / activity / task brings the success, definitely, then and then only, it would double the confidence.!!!!! In above para, there are few critical analysis requires (Thorough understanding, learning, implementation of right decision timely...), One has to be very careful, for the same, if really wants to learn from failure. Failure is a phenomenon where one dares to do something different, that is invansion.. (May be out of his passion) and gets no success., meaning it is the byproduct of the invension. If decision is wrong, sometimes, the gravity of the failure is so high, one may not be able revert (Another decision, to emerge out with better shine) back and may experience a permanent loss / damage.
Work rightly. Always.
Good whole hearted Homework.
Planning, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) a very proven cycle for completion of activity systemtically.
Work disciplined way.
Success is there for you. (And it would be ----- Right decision. No reowrk, No failure).
