I am suspended in march 2009 . after 3 month company filed fir against me . now the case is in court but till the date I have not received any other letter or any compensation from company . plz advice can I get compensation and how to proceed?

This purpose some conputer hard disk is always with me and also in my home. Company don't strategy to maintained logistics record. Managment changed. They cant get some data. They doubted on my boss and me. Boss was terminated. When they asked me I submitted all hard disk to company. Management suspended me. After 3- 4 months company filed for on my boss and me. The case is in court.I am suspended from last 4 years. Company not given me any other notice or any compensation. Please advice.
